I have accumulated a wide variety of experience from working with a number of employers and client companies, both large and small. I founded HarveyCom in 1994.
I am a senior member of the STC (Society for Technical Communication) and have been an active member since 1993. I have served as a judge for the International Technical Publications Competition and as a judge and lead judge for the Northern California Technical Communication Competition. I also mentor junior writers and aspiring writers (as part of the Silicon Valley chapter's Mentor Program), perform other volunteer work, and attend chapter meetings regularly.
